The Condo Give Away Project was setup for the following purpose. I plan to set up a Micro loan Project in South America so in order to fund this Micro Loan project I decided to use some real estate assets I have to fund this new Micro Loan project. Joseph believes, as many believe, our worlds rich cannot go on having absurd amounts of wealth when so many millions of our world’s people have problems of survival. Joseph’s micro-loans can help bring an end to poverty, at least from an economic point of view; we can, and must, develop a more livable world situation between the very rich people and very poor people, very rich countries and very poor countries. Joseph also believes, as others do, this is one of the most important ingredients for peace. Joseph’s micro-loans will provide credit to the poorest of the poor in rural Central and South America without any collateral. Joseph strongly believes micro-loan credit is a cost effective weapon to fight poverty. Joseph reasoned that if financial resources can be made available to the poor people on terms and conditions that are appropriate and reasonable, “then millions of our world’s poorest people with their millions of small pursuits can, and will, add up to create our world’s biggest peace and economic development wonder.”
Joseph is dedicated to reversing conventional banking practice by removing the need for collateral, by developing a micro-loan banking system based on mutual trust, accountability, participation and creativity. Joseph’s micro-loans will provide credit to the poorest of the poor in rural Central and South America, without any collateral. Joseph believes micro-loan credit is a cost effective process to fight poverty and will become a major catalyst in the overall development of social-economic conditions of the poor who have been kept outside the banking paradigms on the grounds that they are poor and hence not bankable.
