A perfect place for a permanent residence, retirement second home or family vacation home and get away. Where a short morning drive allows you the ability to explore many exciting destinations such as the Sea of Cortez, exciting city of San Diego, the beautiful and awe inspiring Grand Canyon and beautiful natural wilderness and national parks will be at your doorstep. Or spend a weekend in exciting Las Vegas, Beverley Hills, or houseboat on famous Lake Powell. Spend an afternoon shopping in Mexico, go skiing in the morning, go for a swim and sunbath in the afternoon, or finished the day with a round of golf on any of the many beautiful golf courses.
