The Condo Give Away Project was setup for the following purpose. Joseph’s micro-loans will provide credit to the poorest of the poor in rural Central and South America, without any collateral. Joseph believes micro-loan credit is a cost effective process to fight poverty and will become a major catalyst in the overall development of social-economic conditions of the poor who have been kept outside the banking paradigms on the grounds that they are poor and hence not bankable.
